- Urgent delivery of garments will be charged 50 % Extra for next day and 100% Extra for same day delivery.
- For Free Pick up & Delivery, there should be a minimum billing of Rs. 1000 and above.
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
- James Bond Dry Cleaners is not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.
- All articles are accepted at customers’ risk.
- James Bond Dry Cleaners will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments, if the garments are not collected within 60 days from the date of scheduled delivery.
- James Bond Dry Cleaners accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.
- The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal and may differ depending upon the garment and its complexity.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Bangalore only.
- We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
- Our prices may vary from store to store.

James Bond Dry Cleaners uses and protects all private information that it collects from its customers, through sources such as Customer registration at store, Mobile application, or through its Call center.

Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program
1)Get re-processing for free in case of processing quality issues .
2)Get upto 35% of the value of the item as a compensation in case of any damage or loss of the article. In case of compensation, the purchase bill needs to be presented. After the refund the item under dispute will be confiscated by the company.
3) More than one ‘Offer Vouchers’ cannot be used together.
4) Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery itself. All damages, loss or quality issues must be reported there and then, Any complaints received after the clothes are taken will be null and void and will not be entertained.
